EVENT SCHEDULE
February 3rd | Arrival at Disney Coronado Springs Hotel and gathering with NAFDMA friends
February 4th | Facilitator led experience at Coronado Springs Resort and field experience in one of the Disney Parks
- all meals and materials included
- transportation to and from Disney field experience included
- entrance into Disney park(s) for field experience included
February 5th | 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Disney Institute | Spend the day in your choice of Disney Park with NAFDMA Colleagues
-explore lessons learned and implementation techniques
- breakfast at hotel included and Disney meal voucher for lunch provided
- entrance into Disney Park of choice included
- coach transportation provided from Coronado Springs Resort to DoubleTree Hotel (host hotel for NAFDMA Convention) at 4pm.
Hotel is NOT included in the event pricing. Reserve your accommodations using the link below at the Disney Coronado Springs Resort for February 3-5, 2026. Stay on the Disney property during the experience and be immersed in Disney's Quality Service model. (transfer is provided on Feb 5 between Disney's hotel and the host hotel for the NAFDMA Convention).
