The cost of hotel rooms are NOT included in the convention registration fee. We know some attendees may have special travel arrangements and timing, so we allow you the freedom to make your own lodging decisions. Our host hotel is the Hilton Downtown Lexington & the Hyatt Regency Lexington. Reservations may be made through this LINK for the Hilton and this LINK for the Hyatt. Guaranteed negotiated rates are available through January 10, 2025.

All meals are included in the price of registration. Daily breakfast and lunch will be provided each day of convention. Dinner will be provided for attendees on Thursday, Feb. 6th at the Welcome Reception; Friday, Feb. 7th on the Farm Tour; Saturday, Feb. 8th at the Celebration of Excellence Banquet; Sunday, February 9th at the Superbowl Party; and Monday, Feb. 10th at the After Party.

Outside of the Celebration of Excellence, the dress code is — there is no dress code! We recommend checking the weather and planning accordingly for farm tours. Layers highly encouraged for indoor educational sessions. Dress code for the Celebration of Excellence is “farmer fancy.” Nice jeans and button down shirts for the men, or blouses for women.

No, the bonus day is NOT included in registration. It is an additional cost on top of convention registration.

We are offering children's programming for children ages 5-12 on Feb 9 and 10 with a licensed teacher to provide fun and experiential activities. Children's pricing for convention is at-cost, and we need to have the child(ren)'s age provided to christine@nafmda.com.

Yes, NAFDMA has scholarship opportunities available to help off-set convention costs.
The NAFDMA scholarship committee has set a deadline of November 1 for the first round of applications. The committee will review all applications shortly after that date and will award scholarships based on initial interest. If there are any additional allocated funds after the initial round, additional applications will be considered in the order they are received.

Full Convention and Expo - Includes access to all educational sessions, meals and events Thursday evening through Monday evening, admission to the Expo and Friday's Farm Tour. Thursday Bonus Day sessions and the Saturday Prayer Breakfast are extra and are NOT included.
Education Sessions and Expo (No Farm Tour) - Includes access to Sunday and Monday education sessions, meals and admission to the Expo Friday and Saturday. Thursday Bonus Day sessions, Friday's Farm Tour and the Saturday Prayer Breakfast are extra and are NOT included.
Friday Farm Tour & Expo Only (No Education Sessions, No Awards Dinner) - Includes access to Friday's Farm Tour and access to the Expo on both Friday evening and Saturday open hours. Thursday Bonus Day sessions, Convention education sessions, the Saturday Prayer Breakfast and Saturday's awards dinner are NOT included.
Expo Only (Friday & Saturday Expo Hours Only) - Includes access to the Expo on both Friday evening and Saturday during open Expo hours. Thursday Bonus Day sessions, Convention education sessions, Friday's Farm Tour, the Saturday Prayer Breakfast and Saturday's awards dinner are NOT included.

The Agritourism Convention and EXPO is a non-refundable event, except in the specific circumstances outlined here. Registrations may be transferred to another individual for the event at no charge, and all transferral requests should be submitted to christine@nafdma.com. If unable to attend, your registration fee may be credited toward a future NAFDMA event. Written requests for registration event credit will be provided with a $75 processing fee. Please contact christine@nafdma.com for these requests. After January 31, 2025, no event credit can be provided for any reason. Event refunds will be provided ONLY if governmental regulations prohibit travel to the event or the event is unable to be held.
